Bikram Yoga is from traditional hatha yoga.  Classes run exactly 90 minutes and consist of a set series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, and is ideally practiced in a room heated to 105°F (≈ 40.6°C) with a humidity of 40%.

As you practice the twenty-six postures you will systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to one hundred percent of your body. The heat helps sweat out toxins, stretches your muscles and improves blood circulation.
