• All classes are 90 minutes.

  • Students of all levels are welcome.

  • If you are not feeling well, please rest at home and come see us when you are feeling better.

  • Wear lightweight workout clothes. Shorts please, no long pants.

  • Bring water, towel, and yoga mat. These items are also available for purchase/rent.

  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day before class (approximately 96 oz.).

  • For noticeable benefits, we recommend coming at least three times a week.

  • Admittance is on a first come, first served basis
  • Late admittance is strictly prohibited

  • Leave shoes in the front lobby

  • No pagers and cell phones in the yoga room

  • No gum or food in the yoga room

  • No perfume, cologne or body lotion while practicing

  • No jewelry or watches while practicing

  • Make sure you and others around you have a view of the front mirror

  • Respect and enjoy the silence of the yoga room after class
